Description

11/9 update the Brand Name or Equal attachment entitled� A.02.03 - Special Notice - COMH Brand Name NOI 5�Nov�2021.pd and add the revisions to the posted specifications of 08 71 00 Door Hardware and Appendix� THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.� Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, intends to procure, on a sole source basis, several components in support of the upcoming construction project. ��The supported construction project consists of components that USACE intends to require for specific systems product line. The manufacturer�s product has unique capabilities that meet the user�s stringent requirements for top-quality and secure requirements and maintains compatibility with existing systems. See attached notice for further details.
