Description

This notification is an Intent to Sole Source to�Accurex Measurement, Inc. to purchase a�TubeInspect P8.2 System for Seymour Johnson AFB.. The�TubeInspect P8.2 System shall be�compatible with the�Crippa 942XE Tube Bending Machine. System shall�also be able to include: Bending Studio Software Package,�the basic software to run and effectively operate the TubeInspect P8.2 Measuring System or equivalent a. Have the ability to scan and collect tubing dimensions down to the most precise increment (less than 1000 millimeters long from end-to-end and with a maximum diameter of 125 millimeters) Interface to Bending Machine connection material to create a direct loop connection to the Crippa 942XE Tube Bender. Spring Back Package (connects with the Interface) allows the Measuring System�to estimate the tubing spring-back based on tubing material/specification limiting failed product fabrication.
