The Government of C�te d�Ivoire and that of the United States of America through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) signed on November 7, 2017, in Washington, DC, the Grant Agreement for the Compact Program C�te d'Ivoire in the amount of US $ 524.74 million, for the financing of two (02) projects: The �Abidjan Transport (ATP)� project and the �Skills for Employability and Productivity (Skills Project)� project. This donation, for the benefit of the Ivorian populations, entered into force on August 05, 2019. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire intends to use part of the MCC donation for eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for bid is launched. All payments made by MCA-C�te d'Ivoire in accordance with the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and conditions of the disbursement of the Grant from MCC. The Compact and its associated documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the MCA-C�te d'Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d�Ivoire hereby invites the eligible entities (�Bidders�) to submit their bid for water supply works (AEP) as part of the construction of secondary schools in the regions of Gb�k� and San P�dro. Further information is provided in the Bidding Document (IFB). 3. This IFB is open to all eligible entities (�Bidders�) who wish to bid. Subject to the restrictions set out in the bidding documents, bidders may associate with other companies to optimize their capabilities to carry out this work successfully. 4. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire intends to award two (2) IDIQ (indefinite delivery and indefinite quantities) contracts to two separate companies, one for each of the regions covered by the construction program. the contracts will be awarded as per the following lots: Lot 1 � works in the Gb�k� region: covering about 51 secondary schools. The work will be carried out in three (3) successive and nested phases; phase 1 covers 12 secondary schools completion time of 4 months; phase 2 covers 28 secondary schools, completion time 9 months and phase 3 with 11 secondary schools and a completion time of 4 months. The number of secondary schools may change. Lot 2 � works in the San Pedro region: covering about 33 secondary schools. The work will be carried out in three (3) successive and nested phases; phase 1 covers 8 secondary schools completion time of 3 months; phase 2 covers 10 secondary schools, completion time 4 months and phase 3 with 15 secondary schools and a completion time of 6 months. The number of secondary schools may change. 5. Contractors will be selected through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures as described in the IFB in accordance with the �MCC Program Procurement Guidelines� available on the MCC website (www.mcc .gov / ppg). The selection process will include the review and verification achievements, as well as a reference check. 6. A pre-bid meeting will be organized online through www.Zoom.us on November 18, 2021, at 3.00 PM UTC. The web link of the meeting will be sent to all registered bidders. 7.
