Description

Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to support the NATO Maritime Science and Technology (S&T) Capability Program at the Capability Program Plan stage. �HQ SACT seeks to examine and confirm the means and methods that are best suited to update or upgrade the existing capability within scope, cost, and schedule and to establish a program to drive the transformational change.� The focus of this RFI is on technologies, products, services, and functions that could enable the planning and delivery aspects of the capability life cycle. �HQ SACT seeks to determine what is immediately available, the art-of-thepossible, and state-of-the-art with respect to technologies, products, or services, as well as their integration, in the following areas: Scientific Equipment, Prototypes and Demonstrators Development, Research and Experimentation at Sea, and Information Technology and Networks.� The RFI is attached. HQ SACT�s reference for this RFI is RFI-ACT-SACT-21-124 and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should reference this number. Do NOT submit your response to the Department of Commerce. Please send all responses via email to the points of contact identified in the RFI. White papers are due no later than 11:00 am EST on January 16, 2022. This RFI DOES NOT constitute a current Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a commitment�to issue a future RFP. HQ SACT is not seeking proposals at this time. Therefore, HQ�SACT will not accept unsolicited proposals in respect of this RFI.� HQ SACT will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding�to this RFI. All costs for responding to this RFI shall be borne solely by the responding vendor. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP if issued. �
