Advertisement ���������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� CA City:� Long Beach Delineated Area: North Boundary:�� Broadway South Boundary:� Ocean Blvd. East Boundary:��� Elm Ave. West Boundary:�� West Shoreline Dr. Properties that have frontage on the boundary streets are within the delineated area of consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 2,950 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 2,976 ABOA SF Space Type:� Office Parking Spaces (Total):� 12 Parking Spaces (Surface):� Either 12 Surface or Parking Spaces (Structured):� Either 12 Structured Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 12 Full Term:� 15 Years Firm Term:� 10 Years Option Term:� One 5-Year Option Additional Requirements: - FSL Security Level II Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
