Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Louisiana City:Kenner Delineated Area: North: Airline Highway South: Kenner Avenue East: Warren Street West: Farrar Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):8,373 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):8,373 Space Type:Warehouse and Office Full Term:17 years Firm Term:15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1. Space must be one contiguous block without being split by a public corridor 2. Elevator access needed if not on 1st floor 3. Total office/special space 5,258 USF � Laboratory space 1,115 USF � Office space 1,074 USF � Secured storage/office space 2,063 USF � Conference room 396 USF � Break room 214 USF � Server room 176 USF � Fitness room 220 USF 4. Warehouse space 3,115 USF 5. Secured fence for Wareyard space 8,000 USF (house 10 GOVs) 6. Warehouse contiguous on one floor adjacent to wareyard 7. Security Level 1 Requirements Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Kenner, LA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
