Approved source(s):� RBC Bearing Incorporated 51588 P/N 65952-11519-101 McGill MFG CO Inc Bearing Division 0NAN7 P/N 65952-11519-01 This procurement is Unrestricted, using Other Than Full and Open Competition. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, FOB at Origin, First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Production delivery is 306 DARO. RESTRICTION ON THE ACQUISITION OF BALL AND ROLLER BEARINGS (JUN 2011). An award can only be made for a bearing manufactured in the United States, its outlying areas, or Canada and the cost of the bearing components (bearing element, retainer, inner race, outer race)�manufactured in the United States, its outlying areas, or Canada must exceed 50% of the total cost of the bearing components of that ball or roller bearing. See DFARS Clause 252.225-7016, RESTRICTION ON�ACQUISITION OF BALL AND ROLLER BEARINGS (Jun 2011). A Contractor's declaration on the domestic/foreign nature of the material being offered is required. Failure to provide this information may result in your quote not being considered for award. In the event no offered bearings meet this sourcing requirement, this solicitation may be cancelled and a waiver may be requested by the procurement activity. Upon receipt of an approved waiver, the requirement may be resolicited. See FAR 225.7009-4, Waiver, Restriction on Ball and Roller Bearings (DEC 2010). Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery may be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 26 Nov 21 closing 27 Dec 21. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation.
