- Description
- The U.S. Department of Education (Department), Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) requires the services of a contractor to provide a successful electronic system for linking existing State migratory student record systems and electronically exchanging timely and relevant migratory student records to benefit migratory children nationwide. The ability to transfer migratory student records efficiently facilitates the timely enrollment and placement of migrant students by providing better access to basic school enrollment information and their participation in the MEP. An efficient records exchange system benefits highly mobile secondary-aged migratory students by providing and maintaining course credit accrual information necessary for high school graduation. Capability statements are due by 10:00 am, EST, November 15, 2021.
