- Description
- The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to facilitate leadership resiliency training for 50 (fifty) Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), Warrant Officers, and Officers at Fort Riley, Kansas (FRKS). This effort is 100% virtual. Three Sixty, Inc. holds proprietary rights of the 360� Leaders Course curriculum, lesson plans, activities, processes, procedures, Leader 360� Playbook, Spouse 360� Playbook, session handouts, quality control and management procedures, outcomes analyses, student and spouse surveys, questionnaires, forms, and all other course materials. This training was previously conducted at Fort Riley, KS.� This requirement is to build upon previous training for select staff members and introduce and train newly assigned staff members using the same curriculum and methodology.
