NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Reference Number is FA441822Q0004. The 628th Contracting Squadron (628 CONS), 101 E. Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina (JB CHS), intends to award a single source contract for services and consultation of a professional parking, traffic management, and logistics agency to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the 2022 JB Charleston Air Expo from 7-10 APR 2022. The requirement consists of the development, coordination, and execution of an Events Logistics Plan 628 CONS intends to make an award to SOLUTIONS EVENT SERVICES INC. 100- 34 Baker CT Island Park, New York 11558-2263, United States. Market research was performed and information gathered in determining this company to be a suitable source for this requirement. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
