The solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective 09-10-2021. �The associated NAICS code is 611710 with a size standard of $16.5 M. �The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Contractor Requirements are listed below: Scope Task Area 1 � Review Background Materials; Review relevant background materials to gain understanding of the context leading up to this effort Task Area 2 � Attend Workgroup meetings; Review meeting materials in advance; Attend (and participate in, as appropriate) 13 meetings; Capture detailed notes of meeting proceedings, including presentations and discussions; Participate in meeting prep and/or debrief calls with NIDDK staff as requested Task Area 3 � Prepare Workgroup meeting summaries; Draft written meeting summaries that synthesize key points/themes and consolidate potential recommendations Task Area 4 � Develop outline for final report; Develop detailed outline for final report, drawing primarily from meeting summaries; Revise outline based on feedback from NIDDK staff and other key stakeholders (e.g., workgroup leaders) Task Area 5 � Initial draft of final report; Prepare initial draft of final report/implementation plan, including executive summary, main text, references, and if needed, appendices (to include, for example, working group meeting agendas, workgroup member biographies, and other meeting materials); Send initial draft of final report to NIDDK staff team and key stakeholders for feedback (vi)���� The provision at FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. ��������� The provision at FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items, is applicable.� Award will be made to the contractor providing the most advantageous quote to the Government.� Technical factors and price considered. ��������� ��������� Technical Factors are as follows: ��������� The contractors qualifications to complete the tasks as stated. ��������� � ��������� FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items, is applicable.� An offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically via http://www.acquisition.gov.
