***THE DUE DATE OF PROPOSALS IS EXTENDED TO FRIDAY NOVEMBER 19 2021.� WE ARE COLLABORATING WITH THE REQUIRING ACTIVITY TO PROVIDE ANSWERS TO VENDOR QUESTIONS BUT THERE HAS BEEN A DELAY DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED ABSENCE.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial�items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a�Request for Proposals (RFP)�on behalf of the IRS Research Analytics and Applied Statistics (RAAS) Division. The solicitation document and the incorporated�clauses and provisions are those in effect as of Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541690 � Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.
