Description: The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Office of Science and Technology (OST), National Firearms Examiner Academy (NFEA) is issuing a solicitation for Contracted Forensic Firearm Instructors, with the intent to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with fixed daily rates.
