Description

Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the lease of snow removal equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, facilities, equipment and personnel necessary to lease five (5) airfield rated snow brooms and provide maintenance and repair services for the leased equipment. The contractor will be provided with real estate located on Eielson AFB for a storage and maintenance facility. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance and repair onsite at Eielson AFB. The Invitation for Bid will be made available for download at www.sam.gov approximately November of 2021. This action will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490, with a small business size standard of $35M. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the SAM web site (www.sam.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. An offeror mailing list will not be maintained. Potential offerors should register at www.sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the IFB. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor utilizing the Vendor Notification Service link within the Register to Receive Notification function. All offerors MUST be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at http://www.fsd.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220.
