General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Jose Delineated Area: From the intersection of I-280 and San Tomas Expressway, north along San Tomas Expressway and continuing east along Montague Expressway to I-880, south along I-880 and continuing south along Highway 101 to I-280, west along I-280 to the point of beginning at the intersection of I-280 and San Tomas Expressway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 49,263 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,741 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 15 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: Two 5-year renewals (firm) Additional Requirements Contiguous above ground floor space.� Exception only for approximately 8,700 ABOA space to be located elsewhere if no contiguous space available. Minimum 24�-0� o.c. between structural elements (columns, core, curtain wall). Minimum of 24 visitor parking within one block of the office location. Offered space must be able to meet Government requirements contained in both Prospectus PCA-01-SJ20 and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy and sustainability standards per the terms of the RLP and Lease.
