- *This solicitation amendment is issued to push back the solicitation due date to November 23rd* In cooperation with the Government of Mexico (GoM), INL is soliciting a Contractor (the Contractor) to provide and install a horizontal Aboveground Storage Tank and Dispensing System (ASTDS), mounted on steel skids. The Contractor must provide all required materials, labor, equipment, and services to install the tank. Questions in response to the solicitation are due no later than COB November 5th. Proposals must be submitted to the CO (diangelome@state.gov) no later than COB November 23rd. All pertinent solicitation instructions and specifications are attached to this announcement and labeled by section.�
