Market Research is being conducted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide communication board systems at the following location: The FAY NC Coastal Health Care System (VAMCFNC) 7300 South Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304 The NAICS 541519 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $30 Million. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. The FAY NC Coastal Health Care System (VAMCFNC) in Fayetteville, North Carolina requires a leased communication board system in our FAY Health Care Center (FHCC) and Sanford Community Based Outpatient Clinic (Sanford CBOC). There is currently no system in place within VAMCFNC. Specific Task #1: Provide licenses as needed and unlimited access to an online patient health care education and health care system that is customizable to support two sites of care. The health care education online patient health and care system should be commercial (the government is not looking to develop a system), and must be capable of providing the most trusted, meaningful and timely communication and education to patients and healthcare staff. Additionally, the online patient health and care system should allow for unlimited capability to have custom messages created for use on waiting room monitors. All monitors must be capable of operating independently of the others if needed. Specific Task # 2: Provide and install the following leased- pilot supplies in waiting room and exam rooms specified. Your response is required by Tuesday, November 16, 2021 @ 03:00 PM EST. All capable Service-Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. All the above must be submitted in sufficient detail via email to: Mitchell.Carpenter@va.gov.
