- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Hinsdale Delineated Area: N: (beginning at Meyers Road) 31st Street heading east to I-294, continuing to Ogden Avenue E: Harlem Avenue S: Archer Road (Route 171) W: (from Archer Avenue) North on Route 83 to I-55, continuing southwest on I-55, continuing north on S Cass Avenue, continuing west on 75th Street, continuing north on Fairview Avenue which becomes Meyers Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,390 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,510 ABOA SF Space Type: Office/Other Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Reserved Surface Spaces with 24/7 Access Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Reserved Surface Spaces with 24/7 Access Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Reserved Surface Spaces with 24/7 Access Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous, on one floor A loading area with a direct path of travel to the space is required, and if offered space is not on the first floor, access to a freight elevator is required Agency will have the option to hire their own contract guards to patrol their occupied space The space and parking must be accessible twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week In addition to the requested five (5) reserved parking spaces for official Government vehicles, the building can anticipate up to fourteen (14) employees parking in the available parking spaces near the building on any given day Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission Please reference Project Number 9IL2534 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
