- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 announces a Sole Source Award Notice under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to GE Healthcare located at 3000 N. Grandview Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. This will be awarded under the VA NAC High Tech Medical Equipment program VA797H-17-D-0024 (SPE2D1-17-D-0015). GE Healthcare will provide the proprietary maintenance services to include remote access, software update, parts, and labor to two (2) GE MR 1.5T OPTIMA Systems. The place of performance is for the Colmery-O neil VA Medical Center located at 2200 SW Gage Blvd. Topeka, KS. 66622-0001 and the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center located at 4101 S. 4th St. Leavenworth, KS. 66048-5014. The NAICS code is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $22 Million and PSC J065. The award action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) month Base year plus 1 Option Year. This Award Notice is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT November 19, 2021 at 11:00 am CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
