Place of Contract Performance:� The place/range of delivery is Japan/Korea Range and port in charterer�s option (Intentions Yokosuka, Japan); and the place/range of redelivery is Japan/Korea Range and port in charterer�s option.� The laydays commence 08 December and cancel 09 December 2021, and the period of performance will be 45 days. Set-aside Status:� N/A.� The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas.� All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� MSC�s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
