- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Invites you to submit a quotation in support of the NIH Scientific Review Evaluation Activities (SREA) Program.� The services to be provided include:� � Commercially available conference and meeting support services Overnight lodging accommodations Audio/Visual Equipment and services NIH is seeking price quotations to be in effect for the calendar years 2022 and 2023 from Hotels and Conference Facilities able to meet the requirements as stated in the attached documents including: statement of work, provisions and clauses, and associated terms and conditions. Update 05/26/2021: Schedule for Pre-Bid Presentations:�Please see the document titled ""AMENDMENT 1 TO RFQ-PRE-BID PRESENTATION SCHEDULE"" for the full schedule and links. Update 06/02/2021: The schedule for pre-bid presentations document titled ""AMENDMENT 1 TO RFQ-PRE-BID PRESENTATION SCHEDULE mod 1"" has been updated to reflect the specific time zones for each meeting. Update 09/14/2021: The contract opportunity submission date has been extended to October 29, 2021 at 3 PM EST. Update 11/12/2021: In response to President�s Biden�s Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors,� FAR Deviation Clause 52.223-99 Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors is incorporated in this to this solicitation and all BPAs established under the solicitation and BPA Calls awarded against the BPA agreement.� The Executive Order, Guidance, and FAR Deviation clause documents are attached.� All potential BPA holders responding to the SREA Peer Review hotel requirement shall agree to comply with EO 14042 in order to participate.
