- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) seeks to lease approximately 3,594 sq. feet of ground floor retail space within the Westwood area of Los Angeles, California, within the following boundaries: North:� Sunset Blvd.; ������������� South:� Wilshire Blvd.����������������������������������������������������������� West:� Veteran Ave.;��������������� East:� South Beverly Glen Blvd. The space will be used as a Marines officer recruiting office.� Two (2) on-site parking spaces are required for government vehicles at the property, plus four (4) more spaces are required either at the site or within two walking blocks.� Adequate mass transit (buses, trains, rail cars) for the public should be available within three walking blocks.
