- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N3904022CRIBMASTER. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-07 (Effective 08/11/2021) and DFARS DPN 20210929 (Effective 09/29/2021). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The small business size standard is $41.5M. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted purchase order on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Stanley Industrial & Automotive, LLC. This requirement is to provide Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY), and Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) with a renewal for their firm-fixed-price award for Sole-Source CribMaster Support. The period of performance is January 1st, 2022 through December 31st, 2022, with options dating January 1st, 2023 through December 31st 2023.
