- GSA FAS Region 1 supports the U.S. Army Program Management Office for Special Operation Forces, Survival, Support and Equipment Services (PM-SOF SSES). The attached brand name justification is a requirement for�Military Alpine Reconnaissance System (MARS) clothing and extreme weather gear. No substitutions are allowed. The intent of the Government is to utilize GSA Schedules first to procure all items. The period of performance for orders is estimated to be 11/15/2021 through 09/30/2022.
