Description

Amendment# FA857122R00010004�(Issued on 11/15/2021) The purpose of this Amendment# FA857122R00010004 is to: 1. Attach updated BEQ document reflecting the changes made in Amendment# FA857122R00010003.� 2. Update all CLINs to state the appropriate GS equivalent, required years of experience and appropriate employee status (FTE or PTE) IAW the PWS dated 10 November 2021. 3. Update ""FAR 52.222-42 Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires"" IAW the PWS dated 10 November 2021. 4. Delete ""GS-1150-13 Production Control Clerks II"" from the description of the requirement. NB:�The changes to each CLIN has been highlighted in the SF30 Amendment# FA857122R00010003�(Issued on 11/10/2021) The purpose of this Amendment# FA857122R00010003 is to: 1. Extend the proposal due date to 22 November 2021 at 1:00PM EST 2. Provide answers to the questions that have been submitted. See attachment ""FA857122R0001 Questions Answers Final"" 3. Attach updated PWS dated 10 November 2021 4. Attach updated BEQ document reflecting the changes to the solicitation 5. Attach updated Wage Determination No. 2015-4495 (Rev. 16) 10202021 6. Delete CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002 for Production Control Clerk II and renumber the remaining CLINs 7. Increase FTEs on CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001 from 12 FTE's to 14 FTE's (144 months to 168 months) Amendment 0002�(Issued on 10/22/2021) The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Pre-Proposal Conference Agenda�for the virtual Pre-Proposal Conference held on 22-October-2021. Amendment 0001 (Issued on 10/18/2021) The purpose of this amendment is to post the Call-In information for the virtual Pre-Proposal Conference.
