Small Business Set-Aside

Description
The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562910, Environmental Remediation. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not a request for proposals (RFP) and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. This notice is open for responses from both small and large businesses. Responses will be used to determine if this requirement, or a portion of this requirement, can be set-aside for small businesses. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to rank responses or provide any reply to interested businesses and responses will not be returned. The intent of the�U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville (USACE) to solicit and award a Multiple Award Task Order Contacts (MATOC). The task orders under this solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) based on the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to perform Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) responses involving conventional munitions; Environmental Compliance and Remediation Services (ECRS); and Other Munitions-Related Services (OMRS), as necessary to enable lands and waters to be safely and efficiently used for their intended purposes. Any contracts awarded are being procured in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15. USACE anticipates awarding a MATOC with a 24 month base period with one 24 month option period and one 12 month option period for a total of five years. The program capacity shared by all awarded contracts will be $350M. The Government estimated solicitation for this requirement is 1st Quarter FY23. Interested firms should submit detailed responses to the Capabilities Questionnaire (Attachment 1 of the attached Sources Sought announcement) which furnishes information describing relevant experience and qualifications. �
