Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or obligation or commitment by the Government. Market research is being conducted to determine the availability and capability of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) interest in providing design-build services necessary for designing, demolition, and constructing new air handling systems design build to replace Condensate Tank in a hospital environment in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida / South Georgia Veterans Health System. Hours of operation is 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. NAICS - 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standards - $39.5 Million, Magnitude of Construction - $500,000 to $1,000,000. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement to include: 1) Company Name; 2) Address; 3) Point of Contact Name, phone number, email address; 4) Cage Code; 5) Duns Number; 6) Experience: Submit 3-5 recent specific Government or commercial contracts your firm has performed design build services to demonstrate your relevant NAICS 236220 experience as indicated in this announcement; 7) bonding capacity. The capability statement should not exceed 2 pages and shall be in sufficient details to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Email capability statement to Calixte.Saintil@va.gov by 9:00 AM on November 22, 2021. Title the Subject Line with ""36C24822R0032 CAPABILITY STATEMENT"". This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation.
