Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron, U. S. Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) � Randolph is formally announcing the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract (on a sole source basis) to Nexus CMF, 2825 East Cottonwood Parkway, Suite 330, Salt Lake City, UT 84121.� Procurement requirement is for two (2) Nexus McCain Arthroscopy Systems to support the 59th Medical, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland.�� This acquisition is a new requirement and the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1).� This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. ����For specific questions, please contact Ms. Jacqueline Acosta at jacqueline.acosta@us.af.mil or Mr. Charles Rhea at charles.rhea.1@us.af.mil .
