Description
Beside the following document. Do we have drawings and/or a number count for the scope of work that is to be completed? Answer: Here are approximate numbers of equipment included in the testing: 200 Low Voltage Breakers 12 Medium Voltage Breakers 70 Panelboards 5 Air Switches 22 MCCs 35 Dry Type Transformers 25 Oil Type Transformers 9 Generators We are performing independent research on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (36C24922Q0022). We are hoping to find out if there is (was) an incumbent contractor performing these services, or if this is a brand-new contract. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? Answer: The previous contract for this service was 36C24919P0610, which was with MDM Construction. The contract previous to that one was VA249-16-P-4112, which the award shows it was awarded to Emerald Resource LLC, but that is not the contractors on the documents I have from that service. I do know that the companies MDM, Amerigrid and Alset Powergrid have been involved at least on the last two contracts for this service and it is the same people that have completed this service each time. So I'm not sure how the contracts are actually being awarded, but the contractor that is actually on site doing the work is the same each time which I think is Alset Powergrid or Amerigrid.
