Description

HQ USSPACECOM J0 requires leadership workshop for USSPACECOM J0 special staff chiefs,�Deputy CoS, SGM, and top three executive officers. Participants will include senior officers and�enlisted leaders supporting USSPACECOM top three leadership. The workshop content will be geared toward and encompass concepts related to Creative�Leadership in contrast to Reactive Leadership; as well as providing group and individual�assessments and coaching in effective leadership techniques driving positive individual and�group leadership impact.��The workshop shall support up to 20 attendees. Duration is a minimum of 2 days and maximum of 3 day workshop with both group and individual assessments and coaching. For further details please see the attached PWS and Solicitation.
