Ft. (ABOA): 7,805 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,805 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 13 years (amortization term:5 years) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: -Contiguous, above ground space is required -Minimum Ceiling height must be 8�6� -Structural elements should be between 30�-0� on center -Rooftop space required for Radio antenna Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
