- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to rehabilitate the Utility� Maintenance Building and adjacent Storage Garage located at West Thompson Lake in North� Grosvenordale, Connecticut as part of a sustainability initiative. This rehabilitation primarily� consists of combining the Utility Maintenance Building and adjacent Storage Garage by constructing� an addition that connects the two buildings, measuring approximately 23 �' �x 20' and replacing� vinyl siding on the entire structure once connected. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with� a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE� CONSIDERED.
