Description

Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to prime 1 coat and paint no less than 2 coats of paint to approximately 13,320 square feet of previously painted drywall partitions or as needed to cover the existing paint color; prime 1 coat and paint no less than 2 coats 34 ea, 3�-0� x 7�-0� hollow metal door frames; paint approximately 195 lineal feet of 12� high radiation heat cover in Suite 201 at the Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building and Courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota.� Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on November 30, 2021 at �https://sam.gov/, with offers due on December 21, 2021. Anticipated award date is January 18, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
