Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capability of qualified businesses to fulfill the requirement. This is a non-personal service contract for Newborn Baby Screening as required by North Carolina General Statue 130A-125(c). This testing is for the Department of Pediatrics and Nursing, WAMC, Building 4-2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This sources sought is considered all or none.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621511. Please see the attached document titled �Performance Work Statement� for exact details required. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide this service, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, relevant past performance information, size and type of ownership for the organization; as well as CAGE and DUNS Code. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
