THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. A solicitation was previously issued in July 2020 under W9128F-20-R-0079. This RFI is to obtain current data. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any corporation�s ability to submit an offer if and when a solicitation is released. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. The requested information is for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of contractors� information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for an improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulation. The Omaha District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking information about potential sources interest and capable of providing services under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237120 - Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction. This RFI constitutes a market research tool for the collection and analyses of information to determine the capabilities and capacity of contractors to execute the Construction of Fuel Facility. The Government anticipates that this project to be solicited in first quarter of Fiscal Year 2022, and are anticipated to have a rough order of magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The project includes constructing a new consolidated fueling facility that includes aboveground fuel storage tanks, pump house with control room, product recovery tank, POL operations building with a laboratory, refueling vehicle parking, truck loading and unloading points, motor gas storage tank, diesel storage tank, and supporting facilities. Please complete and return the attached spreadsheet to the POCs below NO LATER THAN 30�August 2021.
