Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. �The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit from�a single source for a fixed-price contract�under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) to�ARROWHEAD FORENSICS�located at�11006 Strang Line Rd. Lenexa, KS 66215,�United States.�This contract will provide the LAB Division with an organizational approved Labconco Fume Hood that meets the specifications for the needs�of the FBI. It was determined�that for this contract action�circumstances�deem ARROWHEAD FORENSICS�the one source reasonably available.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. �All statements�shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Caleb Weeks by email at�clweeks@fbi.gov.�Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �Telephone requests will not be considered.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.��
