- Subject: Optionally-Manned Fighting Vehicle (OMFV) Performance Specification (PSPEC) and Classified PSPEC � As the Army continues to advance the OMFV program, the United States Government (USG) plans to release the updated Unclassified OMFV Performance Specification (PSPEC) (Attachment 0001) and the Classified OMFV PSPEC (Attachment 0009) on 19 November 2021 Instructions for Obtaining Attachment 0001, Unclassified OMFV Performance Specification (PSPEC): If your organization would like to receive Attachment 0001 which is a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) document, please send an email to usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.mcs-omfv-contracting@army.mil following the below: The subject line of your email shall state (exclusive of the parenthesis): ""(Company Name) - Request copy of the Attachment 0001, Unclassified OMFV Performance Specification"". The body of your email should provide an explanation of your governmental purpose for the document. . Your email must also include the following information (when emailing attachments please ensure they are in a .doc, .docx, or .pdf file format): Company name, address, and corresponding CAGE code. A copy of your DD2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, approved by the Joint Certification Office (JCO). Note: The requested document will be sent to only the Data Custodian listed on the DD2345. Instructions for Obtaining Attachment 0009, Classified OMFV Performance Specification (PSPEC): If your organization would like to receive Attachment 0009 which is a Classified document, please send an email to usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.mcs-omfv-contracting@army.mil following the below: The subject line of your email shall state (exclusive of the parenthesis): ""(Company Name) - Request copy of the Attachment 0009, Classified OMFV Performance Specification"". The body of your email should provide an explanation of your need to know. Your email must also include the following information (when emailing attachments please ensure they are in a .doc, .docx, or .pdf file format): Company name, address, and corresponding CAGE code. Verification of an approved SECRET Facility Clearance (i.e., National Industrial Security System (NISS) document) If you have certification of classified processing, please provide Facility Security Officer (FSO) and contact information Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Representative name and contact information National Interest Determination (NID) certification (for foreign own companies) If you have any questions or need additional information regarding this matter, please contact the OMFV Mailbox at usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.mcs-omfv-contracting@army.mil.
