Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is seeking Request for Quote (RFQ)�only for the following services listed below. If your organization has the potential/interest to provide the item(s) listed below, please provide the information requested.� Scope: The contractor position to provide Roman Catholic Priest services to the Offutt AFB (OAFB) community in lieu of an Active Duty Chaplain Priest.�Please refer to the PWS attachment for any additional details on the position. Responses: Interested parties are requested to respond to this SOLICITATION�with detailed information on providing Catholic Priest Services for Offutt AFB�personnel.� Submissions shall be entered in PDF format and shall include: Company Name and Contact Information Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code // (DUNS) Prior Past Performance & description of provided religious services. Proposal of Bid for base year of the contract. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME:� Proposals are due by 1:00 PM, Central Standard Time (CST) / Local, 28�November 2021.
