- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912KZ21RSDR1 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519130 with a small business size standard of 1,000.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2021-12-01 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be Frankfort, KY 40601 The National Guard - Kentucky requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Base Year - 1 January 2022 through 31 December 2022 *****In accordance with the attached PWS***** 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and other items necessary to provide an online postage solution for the Kentucky Army National Guard (KY ARNG). These services will be performed throughout the State., 1, Job; LI 002: Option Year 1 - 1 January 2023 through 31 December 2023, 1, Job; LI 003: Option Year 2 - 1 January 2024 through 31 December 2024, 1, Job; LI 004: Option Year 3 - 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2025, 1, Job; LI 005: Option Year 4 - 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2026, 1, Job; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Kentucky intends to document bids online to be facilitated by the third-party Marketplace, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to document pricing. Offerers may submit bids during the specified period of time. National Guard - Kentucky is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.
