The required delivery is�619 days ARO.� Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. Higher Level Quality system required. First Article Test (FAT) pertains. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. If an offer is submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with offer. Receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in SAM. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around December 10, 2021. The estimated closing date is on or about January 10, 2022.
