- Description
- Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quotes (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform work in accordance with the attached PWS. The period of performance for this requirement is 01 JUL�2022�- 31�JAN 2023.� The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-22-Q-0006. �Proposals will be due on�08 December 2021, 10:00 am HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021), and NMCARS 18-17. � Please note the following for N32253-22-Q-0006: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluations factors of which the submitted proposals will be evaluated. 52.204-24: This provision must be filled out by the quoter. 52.204-26: This provision must be filled out by the quoter. 52.212-3: This provision must be filled out by the quoter. 52.225-18: This provision must be filled out by the quoter. Questions:�All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due�19 NOV 2021, 1000 HST.�
