Amendment 0001 to the above Solicitation is to add the following CAR Clause: CAR 1352.223-99 Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. THE NATIONAL OCEANIC ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION (NOAA), OFFICE OF MARINE & AVIATION OPERATIONS (OMAO), NOAA MARINE OPERATION CENTER ATLANTIC IS REQUESTING BASED CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLY FOUR OPTION YEARS FOR HVAC SERVICES AT THE MARINE OPERATION CENTER ATLANTIC LOCATED AT 439 WEST YORK STREET, NORFOLK, VA 23510 PER ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. CLIN DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT PRICE TOTAL PRICE CLIN 0001 Base year Procure services to provide full coverage preventative maintenance of HVAC and Chiller Systems at OMAO's MOC-A, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Contract Maintenance Plan. Place of performance: Marine Operation Center Atlantic 439 West York Street Norfolk, VA 23510 Period of performance: 01/01/2022 to 12/31/2022 Inclusion of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, in the solicitation and resultant contract is for use by the Government as outlined at FAR 37.111, Extension of Services. The option will be exercised as needed at any time during the life of the contract using the rates applicable at the time of exercise. 0001AA Base Contract: ADDITIONAL ITEM REQUIREMENTS (AIR) � GROWTH WORK / OPTIONAL SERVICES. Funds of the procurement and delivery of parts and supplies may be allocated at the award level or during the above Period Of Performance as a place holder with a Not to Exceed Amount; however part prices shall be provided at market price and not to be marked up. Before any repairs is to be taken place that includes parts; Vendor shall provide a Condition Found Report for parts with pricing and shall be given to the Government for approval. THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE THE NAICS CODE IS 238220, PLUMBING, HEATING, AND AIR-CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS WITH SIZE STANDARD OF $19.5 MIL THE PRODUCT SERVICE CODE IS J041. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED RFQ 133MK22QNMAN004 AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOUR OFFER: PLEASE PROVIDE NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, DUNS NUMBER, CAGE #, AND TAX ID.
