- S&MA Engineering and Technical Services (SETS) Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) Amendment 2: November 19, 2021 SETS Industry Day was held virtually on November 17, 2021. The following companies were in attendance: Advantech GS Enterprises, Inc. Akytech Applewood Engineering A-P-T Research, Inc. ARES Corporation Avatar Technologies, Inc. Banner Quality Management Inc. Bastion Technologies Bay Systems Consulting, Inc. CAN CDW-G COLSA Corp Fort Hill Group Hendall LAC Group Leading Solutions, LLC LMI Manufacturing Technical Solutions, Inc. Optimal Solutions and Technologies Paragone Solutions, Inc. Peerless Technologies Corporation Summit Technologies & Solutions, Inc. Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Additionally, several companies have requested current contract information. Please contact Contracting Officer Noah Garrison via email at noah.s.garrison@nasa.gov to receive the contact information for this POC. ARES Corporation has not elected to provide a POC, so no POC information will be provided for this company. Following Industry Day, interested parties are encouraged to submit questions and comments regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer. While no responses to these submissions will be provided, they may result in an amendment to this Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) or changes to the Final RFP. Comments or questions submitted via telephone will not be accepted. Amendment 1: November 17, 2021 In preparation for Industry Day, an attachment has been added entitled ""SETS Industry Day Slides - Final"". Original Posting: November 4, 2021 NASA Glenn Research Center plans to issue a Request for Proposal for the SETS requirement. This includes the following primary requirement categories: Administrative Support Services, Communication and Professional Development Services, Information Technology (IT) Services and Technical Knowledge Services. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 �Professional and Management Development Training� and $12,000,000.00 respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about January 3, 2022 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about February 2, 2022. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. A Virtual Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Please see attachment �Industry Day Letter� for more information and instructions on how to register for this event. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available on www.Sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this �website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
