- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��CA City:��San Diego Delineated Area: North: California Highway 52 (CA-52); East: Interstate Highway 15 (I-15); South: Interstate Highway 8 (I-8); West: Interstate Highway 5 (I-5). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��101,902 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):��122,283 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��Code required parking, must include 100 GOV Parking Spaces (Reserved):��100 GOV (may be either surface or structured) Full Term:��20 years Firm Term:��15 years Option Term:��N/A Additional Requirements: A.� �A loading dock or loading area,acceptable to the Government, isrequired; B.� 7 Electric Vehicles (EV) ChargingStations shall be provided on-site. Thecost to provide the EV Charging Stationsis a Tenant Improvement Cost. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be within the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
