- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 30 November 2021. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside Brand Name only, Authorized Distributors. The anticipated contract is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract for the following Brand Name Only: Belleville Brown Leather Flyer�s Boots Model 330 ST (Steel Toe). The ordering period will be from 06 January 2022 through 05 January 2027. The FSC Code is 8430: Footwear, Men�s. The NAICS Code is 316210: Footwear Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA), Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL. approximately 11,275 Belleville Brown Leather Flyer�s Boots Model 330 ST (Steel Toe) all Belleville Brown Leather Flyer�s Boots Model 330 ST shall be brand name only in accordance with (IAW) Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) 00-35QH-2 Section H NAVAIR Allowance List and NAVAIR 13-1-6.7-2 Aircrew Personal Protective Equipment. The solicitation will be available on or about 30 November 2021 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of proposals, the description of requirements, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties Lists System (EPLS). No phone call communications or personal office visits with FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
