- DLA Energy has received a one-time buy (OTB) request for delivery of 70,000 gallons of TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JA1) NSN 9130-00-753-5026 (JA1) (**JP8, JP5 or JETAA (additized with FSII, CI/LI and SDA) required.� If not available, unit can blend JET A1 with provided additives on site). Request fuel delivery to fuel tanks which are located at GPS 38.511021� 140.824380 Entry Gate Shikama 04 981-4141 by Tank Truck Wagon. Required delivery date is 01 December 2021 � 31 December 2021 (See delivery dates schedule in the delivery notes below). Please provide your quotes to this office by 3:00 PM Eastern, Tuesday, 23 November 2021. Let me know if you have any questions. Access to JGSDF training areas required and must be coordinated by vendor.� USMC personnel will provide escorts on the facility as required. Customer requests delivery into tactical fuel system (40,000 gallon capacity). Delivery connection must be SPR nozzle. Contract resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed price contract. DLA Energy may require a vendor to sign the SF1449 prior to being offered this delivery. This would be sent by email and have a response window of as little as two (2) hours. Upon request, the vendor must return the signed SF1449 by the deadline specified. If this is not returned by the specified deadline, DLA Energy reserves the right to offer this delivery to a different vendor.
