Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR 5.2- Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions in preparation for release of the solicitation at a later date. The solicitation is planned to be issued by November 26, 2021. The RFQ due date is tentatively planned for December 06, 2021. The North American Industry Code Standard (NAICS) is 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers and annual size standard is $16.5 million. The classification code is W065. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit quotations to be considered by the Agency. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no IDCs can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.
