Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge, is seeking proposals to operate a concession to provide the following services:�passenger ferry service to Bulls Island; interpretative talks while the ferry is underway; guided tours to Bulls Island via ferryboat, kayak, and on foot; sale of drinking water to passengers; interpretative talks while ferryboat is underway during Lighthouse Island tours (if such tours are authorized by the Refuge Manager); environmental education programs (aligned with South Carolina educational curriculum standards) for youth on Bulls Island (if such programs are authorized by the Refuge Manager).�� Please see attached document titled ""Cape Romain NWR Concession Prospectus November 2021"" for additional information on this opportunity, including due dates and contact information.�
