Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: ILLINOIS City: LISLE Delineated Area: North: Butterfield Road South: Aurora Ave to S. Washington St to E Chicago Ave to Maple Ave East: 1-88/355 West: Route 59 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,582 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,958Space Type:OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface):10 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):10 Full Term:15 Firm Term:10 Option Term: 1 5-YEAR RENEWAL OPTION will be considered Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor. Ten (10) reserved parking spaces are required Offered space must be accessible via public�transportation. The public transportation stops must be within 5,280 walkable feet of the principal functional entrance of the building. The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Offered space shall not be located within 500 feet of any school building, school property or daycare. Offered space shall not be located in a public park building or on any real property comprising of a public park, forest preserve, or conservation area under the jurisdiction of the state or unit of local government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
