This is a Sources Sought Notice only.� This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or a Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract.� The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only.� Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.� The USDA/Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA/ARS/SEA, Natural Products Utilization Research Unit, University, MS location. Seeking contractor to provide:� One service agreement for Genius XE35 Nitrogen Generator, Serial Number 771061973 including coverage for the Genius XE35 Nitrogen Generator System. Preventative Maintenance agreement should include: 1-2 Preventative Maintenance visits per year by an engineer All maintenance parts, labor, and engineer travel charges � Full function check � inclusive component retrofits carried out when applicable Compressor repair/replacement included when required Breakdown/repair service with priority on-site engineer availability � including all breakdown/repair parts, labor, and engineer travel charges Guaranteed on-site response time of 48 hours NO unexpected additional costs with no additional costs for any extra components required Online technical support Period of Performance Dates: Base Year - 12/06/2021-12/05/2022 Option Year 1 - 12/06/2022-12/05/2023 Option Year 2 - 12/06/2023-12/05/2024 Option Year 3 - 12/06/2024-12/05/2025 Responses should include: Organization Name, address, contact phone number, e-mail address, and web site address.
